You need to open the Settings of your email account either on your mobile phone or computer.
Now, press the option to see all settings and choose the ribbon which is titled ‘Filters and blocked addresses’.
Now, if your gmail filters not working, you need to create a new filter where you need to type the sender’s email addresses in the From section.
Create your filter and choose ‘never send it to spam’.
